Our offer

The residential-community model

Our housing projects follow the residential-community model: several units of different sizes within one connected complex, creating a mixed, stable neighbourhood — singles, couples, families.

Key facts of our first project

  • Around 22 residential units in one connected complex
  • Apartment sizes from 45 to 90 m²
  • Layouts from single apartments to family homes
  • Allocation to holders of a German housing eligibility certificate (Wohnberechtigungsschein)
  • Location: across Germany — we build where land is economically available, particularly in growing regions away from the expensive metropolitan areas

Who is it for?

Our offer is aimed at people holding a housing eligibility certificate — that is, anyone whose income does not exceed the applicable limits of subsidised housing. Whether career starter, pensioner, single parent or family: what counts is the certificate, not your life story.

What comes next?

Our first construction project is under way. Our approach covers all of Germany: we acquire land where it is economically available — including locations still under development. This keeps housing affordable. Information on applications, floor plans and allocation will be published on this page as soon as completion is in sight.

Note: A housing eligibility certificate (Wohnberechtigungsschein) is issued by the housing authority of your city or district. Applying is independent of us and usually free of charge or subject to a small fee.
