VATERLAND INC is a registered nonprofit corporation. We are committed to one goal: providing a safe and dignified home for people who have little chance on the open housing market.
Housing is more than four walls. Those who have a reliable home can take up work, send their children to school, come to rest and look ahead again. That is exactly where we come in.
VATERLAND INC is fully independent, both legally and economically. We concentrate on a single task — creating affordable housing — and carry it out on our own responsibility.
Our principles
We work transparently and not for profit. Our projects are built to the recognised standards of subsidised housing. Our apartments are allocated fairly and transparently to holders of a housing eligibility certificate.
