Who is it for?
Our offer is aimed at people holding a housing eligibility certificate — anyone whose income does not exceed the limits of subsidised housing. What counts is the certificate, not your life story.
What comes next?
Our first project is under way. We acquire land across Germany where it is economically available, including locations still under development — this keeps housing affordable. Details on applications, floor plans and allocation will be published here as soon as completion is in sight.
Note: The certificate is issued by the housing authority of your city or district, independently of us and usually free of charge.
